Taytay, Rizal Honored as Outstanding LGU in CALABARZON at the 1st SubayBayani Awards

The Municipality of Taytay has been recognized as one of the most outstanding local government units in the CALABARZON region during the 1st SubayBayani Awards hosted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region IV-A.
Taytay proudly received the following honors:

Outstanding SubayBayan LGU in CALABARZON

Top LGU Compliant – Category C (1st to 3rd Class Municipalities)

Top LGU Implementer – Category C (1st to 3rd Class Municipalities)
These awards celebrate local government excellence in project monitoring, transparency, and governance through the SubayBayan (Subaybayan ang Proyektong Bayan) platform—an online system used by the DILG to monitor infrastructure and development projects across the country.
This milestone reflects the strong, forward-thinking leadership of Mayor Allan De Leon, the collective dedication of the LGU-Taytay, and the effective implementation efforts led by the Local Economic and Development Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) under the guidance of Ms. Cristina “Chin” Gonzales.
“We are deeply honored and humbled by this recognition,” said Ms. Gonzales. “These awards represent our shared commitment to transparent, accountable, and efficient public service. Taytay’s strong showing reinforces its status as a model municipality among its peers in the 1st to 3rd class category.
